Woollahra

Residential Works - Woollahra

The large Woollahra project involved the demolition and removal of all unwanted retaining walls, footings and vegetation as well as the reuse of the side sandstone steps. Sandstone crazy paving was laid on top of compacted roadbase for the new driveway and round anamorphic lawn while sawn sandstone paving was used for kerb and gutter as well as steps, including tread and riser.

The gardens main entry was cut and replaced with a tiled concrete path leading up a new side path made from crushed granite, removing the existing concrete path at the side of the house.

New drainage and lighting was installed using Ag, Stormwater and grated lines where instructed while also connecting to existing stormwater and providing a sufficient length of pipe, attaching six taps and laying low voltage cables for lights, transformers and switching.
